What they didn't count on were the duergar who had their own designs on Annuragon's Forge.

Though we would cut down every last verbeeg found within the forge, what we witnessed there would scar us for the rest of our days.

Walkthrough

Place the missing runestone to gain entry to Annuragon's Forge

Start moving forward, time the spikes that come out from the ground advance little by little moving to the spaces on the left and on the right until you reach the other side. Up the stairs. To the left until you reach the main gate. Move to the left, on the left corner at the end, you will find the missing runestone. Defeat the Duergar and collect the runestone. There's a chest on the right corner. Go back to the gate, place the runestone and open the gate.

Fight through to the forge

Walk inside, there's a way to the right jumping down, and jumping down again. Follow the path to the right, time the fire before you jump and loot the chest. Go back to the main path. Defeat the Verbeeg, the Goblins and the Duergar. At this point you will be able to perform a Short Rest.

To the left there's a chest and to the right there's a hidden table behind some rocks with a Tablet that you can collect. Follow the main path, turn right, defeat the Goblins and the Duergar. Cross the concrete bridge. Defeat the Verbeeg, the Duergar and the Goblins, avoid the fire. At this point you will be able to perform a Short Rest.

To the side there's a chest close to the edge. Time the fire to avoid getting Fire Damage. Then, up to the stairs, turn left, hit the cart blocking the way. Jump. Loot the area, Jump back, break the barricade and move to the next area. Jump the lava to the other side. Take the broken bridge on the left, follow the way through the spikes. Jump the platforms, loot the chest, and jump to the right back to the main path. Defeat the Duergar. Back to the left, jump the lava and climb up. Defeat the Goblins and the Verbeeg. At this point you will be able to perform a Short Rest.

At the left corner there's a lever handle, collect it and use it to lift yourself up. Break the wooden walls. Climb up and defeath the Duergar. Approach to the ramp and a Portal will appear, go through it, follow the waypoints to the next fight. Defeat the Verbeeg, the Goblins and the Goblin Booyahg. The last of them will drop an explosive barrel, take it. There's a tablet at the left corner, and there's a chest on the opposite corner. Place the barrel on the door. Go through it. Then up the stairs. Through the concrete bridge, press the sign on the ground and pull the lever. at the end. You may skip the cutscene.

Defeat the Chef

This area is surrounded by fire platforms, avoid them as you fight The Chef. If you saved your ultimate for the final boss, use it to defeat him quickly. When you defeat him a final cutscene will show how he falls to the lava.
